Introduction to Mysore Bonn

No matter if you are a complete beginner or if you already have lots of Yoga experience: Ashtanga Yoga is suitable for any level! Our teacher Katy will give you a solid base to further build upon in the Ashtanga Mysore style classes. In this two hour Workshop you will get an introduction to the Primary Series of the Ashtanga Vinyasa system and how it is practiced in a Mysore style setting. This will cover the Sun Salutations and parts of the first series. Students will learn the asanas and their modifications in detail and will get an understanding of proper alignment. Join Katy and start building your own practice routine!

This workshop is limited to 20 participants to ensure that ample attention can be dedicated to each individual. Participants will receive a printed handout that includes a basic summary of the workshop content.
